This rejuvenation project involved transforming both the front and back of an existing building. We removed their front patio and replaced it with a much more spacious front deck with new stairs, garden beds, verandah space and railings for a more modern and open look, increasing both the general aesthetic and resale value of their home. A three bedroom extension, family room, bathroom and laundry was added onto the rear of the property making this a large and beautiful home to accommodate additional family members. We also added a timber deck to the rear of the house, increasing their outdoor living space and providing a beautiful, functional and high-quality area to entertain over the new swimming pool.
