New Build

Cypress

This Air Bnb project allowed the owners to double the size of their home, to include a huge undercover entertainment area, a poolside deck, and a self-contained one bedroom apartment for their guests. The new section was built matching the older section of the house to keep the character of the property as well providing the occupants with a cool sanctuary.

Jindalee

The Jindalee project involved transforming both the front and back of an existing building. We removed their front patio and replaced it with a much more spacious front deck with new stairs, garden beds, verandah space and railings for a more modern and open look, increasing both the general aesthetic and resale value of their home. We also added a timber deck to the read of the house, increasing their outdoor living space and providing a beautiful, functional and high-quality area to take advantage of natural sunlight.

Moreton

The Moreton project was a drastic change for a historic home – from a run-down character filled residence, to a fresh, bright holiday house, while still retaining the character and history of the place. The removal of the front gardens and trees has allowed the residents to obtain the full benefit of the cool ocean breezes. The new rear deck has maximised and extended the living area, giving the occupants open access to fantastic Fraser Coast sunsets.

Toogoom

Beautiful Merbau timber decking was installed around this owner’s pool in Toogoom, highlighting the serenity of lakeside living and creating a fun, safe deck around this new pool. It extends from the undercover area of the house and provides a natural flooring extension to maintain clean water and provide a level platform with a stunning look.

Honiton

The Honiton deck was created to extend the outdoor living area, by adding a beautiful and functional outdoor living space complete with guttering, stairs and roof. The owners will be able to enjoy the benefits of the beautiful Fraser Coast weather while still being able to keep cool and dry. The beautiful Merbau timber’s colour complimented the current scheme of the rest of the house, and adds a rustic feel to the outdoors of an otherwise modern house.

Watson

Building modifications and updates to this property in Watson included beautification and minor renovation works to improve an investment property ready for rental.

Tree Deck

This unique project involved adding an outdoor timber deck to an area featuring a large tree. The deck naturally integrates the tree into the space for an unusual and beautiful look which features seating, railings, stairs and a closed-in underneath area. It has weathered well over several years and successfully preserved the life of the tree.
